Our Portfolio

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and customize their site's design, layout, navigation, and content. We keep them involved throughout the process to ensure that the site is developed and designed the way they want it.

Our simple, 4-phase process will help you understand how we can help your business.

Our Process:

Phase I: After our initial meetings, we develop a site map for your site. This map will outline all the major sections and categories for your site. Once you approve the layout of the site map, we begin the design process.

This is also the point where your site content (text and media) should begin to be developed. If we are providing content for you, there will be a separate review and approval process in Phase III; if you are supplying your content, you can begin developing your content.

Phase II: Based on your requirements, we normally design two layouts. We display the layout online for you to review the look/feel, typography usage, photo placement, and navigation design. The layouts are not functional (no links) as we are only establishing the "design" of the site at this point.

After reviewing the layouts, you can request changes to either layout and finally choose which you prefer. If the layouts presented need to be completely revised, another pair of layouts will be submitted.

Phase III: Once you approve a final layout, we create what is called a mock-up of the site. The mock-up will consist of all the pages in your site but without your final content. The purpose of the mock-up is to be sure the site navigation is accurate, visitors are able to find the information they need, and the look and feel of the design is consistent throughout the site.

This is also the point where your site content (text and media) should begin to be finalized. If we are providing content for you, there will be a separate review and approval process is completed; if you are supplying your content, you can begin to submitting your content.

Once the mockup is approved, we will begin adding content to all pages. Content will be added to the mockup and you can review the pages online.

Phase IV - This will depend on the changes you make. If you have minor changes, we can make them and launch the site right away; if you have major changes to the layout or text, this will require additional time, but will be done ASAP.
